Fried eggs

 

 

Do not assume scrambled eggs primitive dish. In combination with other simple ingredients it becomes a very important dish for Breakfast or dinner. There are no Housewives who would never in my life did not prepare this simple but very tasty dish.

Ingredients:
 
eggs - 2 pieces;
butter – 15 gram or 1 tablespoon;
salt;
a couple of sprigs of greenery

Instructions:

In a pan dissolve the butter and heat it well.

Beat eggs and alternately, as only protein will harden a bit, separate them from each other.

Sprinkle with salt to taste.

In the prepared fried eggs the yolk remains liquid.

Scrambled eggs served in portions decorated with finely chopped greens.

To it offer fresh juice and toast with butter.
