Oatmeal muffins with vegetables




Cooking time 50 minutes.

Ingredients for 6 servings:
wheat flour 2 cups
oat flakes 1.5 cups

grated carrots and zucchini 1 cup each

milk 1.5 cups

1 egg

softened margarine 0.5 cups

sugar 0.5 cups

baking powder 1 tbsp. spoon

salt 1 teaspoon

ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

grated nutmeg 0.5 teaspoon


Pour milk over oatmeal and leave for 5 minutes.

Add egg and margarine.

Add the mixture of flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and spices.

Add vegetables and knead the dough. Place the prepared mixture into greased molds.

Bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees C.

When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
