pork - 700 g

rendered lard - 35 g

onion- 1

green onions - 5-10 g


tomato paste - 2 tbsp.

salt, pepper



Finely chop the onion and sauté in melted lard until golden brown. Finely chop the green onions.

The pulp of not very fatty pork, mainly from the front leg, and all the small pieces obtained when cutting the pork carcass, pass through a meat grinder, add salt, add 50 ml of cold water, onions and green onions, pepper, tomato paste. Mix well. Form the prepared mixture into balls. Fry in a frying pan with fat until fully cooked, 10 minutes before serving.

When serving, place the meatballs on a dish or plate, and add 1-2 tbsp to the frying pan in which they were fried. l. broth or water, boil, strain and pour this juice over the meatballs. Garnish with potatoes, pasta or a complex vegetable side dish.
