Scrambled eggs with ham
and black bread

 

 

Ingredients:
 
eggs 2 pieces;
black bread 1 slice;
ham or bacon 50 grams;
butter 15 gram or 1 tablespoon;;
salt;
black pepper

Instructions:

Ham or bacon cut into thin slices.

In a pan heat the butter and fry the pieces of ham.

A slice of black bread cut into long strips and add to fried meat product. On top to break 2 eggs. Squirrels salt and pepper and cook on medium heat until tender.

Serve with greens and any sauce.
