Fried pork leg

Ingredients:

1 pork leg (about 1 kg)

ground black pepper

salt

1 tsp. ground thyme

1 carrot

1 stalk of green onion

50 g celery root

30-50 g parsley

1 small onion

20 g cloves

100 g lingonberry confiture

lingonberries

Rinse and dry the pork leg. Cut the skin into diamonds 1 cm deep, using diagonal cuts in opposite directions. Season the ham with salt, pepper and sprinkle with thyme.

Place in a heat-resistant form, cover with a lid and bake in the microwave for 20 minutes at a power of 360 W in air circulation mode at a temperature of 200 œ C.

Wash the vegetables, parsley and onion and chop coarsely. Remove the roast from the oven and carefully press the cloves into the centers of the diamonds. Place the leg on a wire rack, place the vegetables and herbs in a tray and add the broth from an ovenproof dish. Place the rack on the tray and place it in the microwave oven in the lower position. Roast for another 20-25 minutes until the crust is crispy.

After frying is finished, remove the meat from the oven, wrap it in foil and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, brush the diamonds with lingonberry jam and garnish with lingonberries.
