Pastrami crackers with blue cheese

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

         12 crackers

         1 radicchio

         1 Castello Traditional Danish Blue (125 g)

         12 slices bresaola

         100-150 g red grapes, cut in half

         Red basil (can be replaced with basil)

 

PREPARATION

1. Add a slice of bresaola and a radicchio leaf to the crackers.

2. Place about a teaspoon of Castello Traditional Danish Blue on the crackers with a half red grape.

3. Finish with red basil leaves.
