Pork steak on the grill



Ingredients for 6 servings:

6 pieces of pork loin

180 ml wine

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. ground cumin

2 cloves minced garlic


Remove excess fat and sinew from meat. Mix wine, honey, vegetable oil, cumin and garlic. Place the cutlets in a shallow non-metallic bowl and pour in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally.

Prepare and heat the barbecue. Place the cutlets on a hot grill or barbecue lid and fry for 8 minutes on each side.

Serve hot.
