1 kg beef ribs in one piece

100 g butter

peanut butter

salt, pepper



Wash the beef, dry it, season well with salt and pepper, and brush with peanut butter. Place the meat, bone-side down, on a heat-resistant sheet (if there is no backbone, place a foil roller instead to prevent the meat from burning).

Place the meat in an oven preheated to 75 C (this is the optimal temperature for long-term roasting of beef). Bake without increasing the temperature for at least 4 hours until desired doneness.

When the meat is ready, melt the butter in a frying pan and very quickly brown the piece on all sides.
