Products of plant origin

Plant products are what nature gave us, they are a source of health. Such foods should be included in your daily diet, preferably fresh and raw. They contain many vitamins and minerals.

Such products affect the acid-base balance in the body. If the balance is disturbed, then very serious health problems can begin. If the diet is dominated by cereals, meat products and carbohydrate products, then acidity increases significantly and at the same time the risk of disease increases significantly. And to extinguish this acid, you need to include plant products.
